The Story of Twin Fish
Every dream begins with a simple thought—an idea that quietly grows until it becomes something real. That’s how Twin Fish came to life.
Owning a restaurant was never in my original plan. In fact, my passions pointed in a completely different direction—law. I loved good food and enjoyed exploring restaurants as a customer, but never once did I imagine myself running one.
Everything shifted in 2009.
Henry, the visionary behind Twin Fish, had already proven himself by successfully helping launch and operate his former employer’s restaurant. Through that experience, a desire was sparked in him—to open a place of his own. His love for food and creative approach to cooking pushed him to step out in faith and build something from scratch. Watching his passion and commitment unfold inspired me to join him on the journey.
